After announcing a deal with the SKM Bike Promotion Yamaha Team to compete in the 2008 German Supersport Championship recently, young aussie Damian Cudlin is pleased to confirm he will use WINTEX leathers during his IDM campaign.

Having met with WINTEX owner Gernot Wintersteiner at the Austrian factory, Cudlin was happy to join forces with the WINTEX brand and to wear custom made WINTEX leathers during his IDM season.

“I’m really excited to start this relationship with Gernot and the WINTEX brand and hope that it’s one that grows into the future.” Cudlin said.

“After visiting the factory, I was really impressed with the quality of the leathers and safety is something that is important to me after some of the injuries I’ve sustained in my career. On top of that Gernot has been great to deal with and I’m really thankful to have gained his support.”

The Austrian made and owned company have a huge range of Motorcycle Apparel as well as a Karting and Skiing range.

“I’ve seen the design of the suit already and it looks pretty flash.” Cudlin grinned. “I can’t wait to see them in the flesh. Here’s hoping I can keep them looking nice and clean during the season!”
